Rush sign free agent goaltender to two-year deal

The Edmonton Rush signed free agent goaltender Chris Levis to a two-year contract this week. The 32-year-old native of Windsor, Ontario, has played the previous three seasons in Colorado, sharing duties with Gee Nash. In 2008, Levis compiled a 10.05 goals-against average along with a .789 save-percentage in over 300 minutes of action -- the second-highest total minutes of his career.Levis joins veteran netminders Steve Dietrich and Curtis Palidwor, as well as rookie Brandon Atherton on the Rush training camp roster.
