Rock featured in nine game national TV package in Canada

TSN2, a national sports television network in Canada, has announced that nine regular season National Lacrosse League games will be broadcast across Canada throughout the 2010 season. TSN2's slate of NLL games begins with a live broadcast on Saturday, January 9 as the Toronto Rock take on the Boston Blazers at Boston's TD Garden."We are excited to have National Lacrosse League games broadcast across Canada on TSN2," said George Daniel, Commissioner, National Lacrosse League.
"We're excited that lacrosse fans will now have greater access to more live action of Canada's national sport than ever before on TSN2," said Phil King, President, TSN.
The NLL on TSN2 broadcast schedule is as follows. All times are listed as Eastern:
Toronto at Boston - Saturday, January 9 at 7:30 p.m.
Boston at Toronto - Friday, January 15 at 10:30 p.m. (tape delay, game starts at 7:30pm)
Rochester at Toronto - Saturday, January 23 at 7:00 p.m.
Toronto at Calgary - Sunday, February 14 at 6:30 p.m.
Toronto at Edmonton - Sunday, February 21 at 7:00 p.m. (tape delay game starts at 3:30 p.m.)
Orlando at Toronto - Saturday, February 27 at 8:00p.m.
(tape delay, game starts at 7:00 p.m.)
Calgary at Toronto - Friday, April 2 at 10:30 p.m. (tape delay, game starts at 7:30 p.m.)
Toronto at Buffalo - Saturday, April 10 at 7:30 p.m.
