RUSH REWARD LEADS TO DOG'S RETURN HOME

Owners of Princess grateful to Rush and team owner Bruce Urban

11/28/2009

The owner of an English bulldog puppy in Edmonton credits the Rush for her safe return home. Princess the puppy was stolen during a burglary last month, and Rush owner Bruce Urban put up a $2,500 reward for information leading to her safe return home. Princess was recovered by authorities shortly after the reward was announced.

"I strongly think it was the reward. I thank all the media for all the attention to help get the word out, but I think it was the Rush that got her home," said Damien Boisvert, the puppy's owner, to the Edmonton Sun.

"Bruce is a big dog lover. He was upset when he heard about the theft, and wanted to help", said Rush spokesman Kail Schofield when the award was announced on November 16th.
