Edmonton Rush general manager and head coach Derek Keenan announced that the team has re-signed second-year forward Curtis Knight to a three-year agreement, goalie Brodie MacDonald to a two-year agreement, along with defensemen John Lintz, Jeff Cornwall, Mitch Banister, forwards Dane Stevens, Alex Turner and goalie Dave Marrese to one-year agreements. Additionally, the Rush have agreed to one-year agreements with 2013 NLL Entry Draft picks Ben Snider and Reid Mydske.

“Curtis had an immediate impact on the offense team last year, having him in a Rush jersey for three years is great for this team," Keenan said. “He had a great off-season...he continues to get stronger.”

Knight finished the 2013 season with 46 points (19 goals+ 27 assists), breaking the Rush single-season record with 27 assists, previously held by teammate Corey Small (22).

The Rush's training camp for the 2014 season opens in Edmonton on Thursday, Nov. 28 and runs through Sunday, Dec. 1 while the team's second training camp session will be held in Toronto from Thursday, Dec. 12 to Sunday, Dec. 15.
