2001 Playoffs Begin Next Weekend

The National Lacrosse League's 2000-2001 Regular Season has now reached its conclusion. With the Philadelphia Wings' victory over the Albany Attack earlier this evening, the playoff picture is now set. Here is the schedule:

(3) Rochester Knighthawks at (2) Philadelphia Wings

Where: First Union Center, Philadelphia
When: Friday, April 20th, 7:30pm
TV Coverage: Empire Sports Network, United States*
Bell ExpressVu, Canada (pay per-view)

(4) Washington Power at (1) Toronto Rock

Where: Air Canada Centre, Toronto
When: Saturday, April 21st, 7:30pm
TV Coverage: CTV Sportsnet, Canada

The winners of the two semi-final games will advance to the NLL Championship Game. The Championship Game will be played the following weekend on the home floor of the higher-seeded semi-final winner.
