The National Lacrosse League announces the following trade today:

The Calgary Roughnecks trade their first pick in the 2001 Expansion Draft to the Buffalo Bandits for goalkeeper Derek Collins and forward Chris Prat.

The trade marked the second for both teams in the past 24 hours. Yesterday, the Bandits acquired Casey Powell, Steve Dietrich, Rusty Kruger and Pat McCready in a seven-player trade with the Rochester Knighthawks. The Roughnecks acquired their first player, Calgary native Jason Wulder, from the New York Saints for a draft pick and player to be named later.
