Ottawa Rebel Name Marty Cooper Head Coach

The Ottawa Rebel have appointed Marty Cooper to the position of Head Coach.
Cooper takes over for Mark Vitarelli, who guided the team to 1-13 record during the teams' inaugural season in Ottawa.
Cooper spent last season as the Head Coach and General Manager of the Columbus Landsharks.
