Steve Toll scored the first goal of the game at 3:33 of the first period and the Toronto Rock never looked back, beating the Ottawa Rebel 15-8 Saturday at the Corel Centre.

The Rebel rallied in the third, outscoring Toronto 4-2 with tallies by Dan Marohl, Ryan Painter, Steve Evans and D.J. Serr, but faltered in the fourth to allow six Toronto goals.

Doyle and Toll dominated the Toronto attack, each with five goals. Squire added a goal and two assists, and Jim Veltman assisted on five tallies.

Ottawa scoring leader Painter finished with a hat trick, and Chris Konopliff came up with three assists.

Anthony Cosmo posted the win in goal with 35 saves. Ottawa's Matt Disher stopped 39 as the Rebel were outshot 54-43.
