Rochester Knighthawks forward Jeremy Hollenbeck has often been described as an "unsung hero" on a team laden with superstars.
On Tuesday, June 11th, Hollenbeck will get some well-deserved recognition as his high school will induct him into its Athletic Hall of Fame at the annual Sports Awards Night.

He was a two-year standout at Jordan-Elbridge High School, near Syracuse, New York, before moving on to play at Nazareth College in Rochester. He joins K-Hawk Regy Thorpe and former Knighthawk Mark Fietta as a member of the Jordan-Elbridge Athletic Hall of Fame.
Upon graduation, Hollenbeck joined the Knighthawks in 1995 and has been a member of the organization for all eight years of the team's existence. This season will be his ninth in professional indoor lacrosse.
In franchise history, he ranks fourth all-time in games played (85) and fourth in loose balls (383). He is eighth in assists (89) and ninth in points (130). Hollenbeck resides in the Syracuse area and works as a guidance counselor at Weedsport Middle School.
