Wings Tickets Take Flight This Friday

Individual game tickets for the upcoming Philadelphia Wings 2003 National Lacrosse League season, including the home opener on Saturday, January 11, against the New York Saints, will go on sale on Friday, November 22, beginning at 10 a.m. at the First Union Complex Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations. Tickets are $18, $23, $27 and $36.

To celebrate the on-sale, the Philadelphia Wings Dance Team will be handing out free tacos on Friday, November 22 at noon in front of the Bellevue on Broad Street in Center City Philadelphia. The season ticket on-sale celebration will culminate with a Mexican fiesta at Wings forward Jake Bergey's restaurant, Burrito Loco on Saturday, November 23 at 1 p.m. During the event, fans will receive free tacos, be able to meet their favorite Wings players, and win Wings prizes, including an autographed Wings

"The Philadelphia Wings feel fortunate to have enjoyed such wonderful fan support season after season," said veteran forward Jake Bergey. "With individual tickets going on-sale, we felt that a fiesta was the perfect way to celebrate with our most passionate followers."

The Wings will commence their 17th indoor lacrosse season when they travel to Vancouver to meet the Ravens at GM Place on Friday, January 3.
