Members of the Philadelphia Wings indoor lacrosse team will invade Burrito Loco Restaurant (701 S. High Street, West Chester, PA) to serve free tacos to hungry Wings fans on Saturday, November 23 at 1 p.m. Wings forward Jake Bergey, who is entering his sixth season with the team, has owned Burrito Loco since 1999.
Appearing in addition to Bergey will be his father Bill, a seven-year All-Pro linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles. Wings forwards Kevin Finneran and Jeff Ratcliffe, defenseman Tom Slate, and other members of the team, as well as the Wings Dance Team will be on-hand to serve tacos to Wings fans during the event. There will also be prize giveaways, including
an autographed Wings jersey and lacrosse stick, tickets to an upcoming home game, and an Eagles football autographed by Bill Bergey.
Individual tickets go on-sale Friday, November 22 and can be purchased at the First Union Complex box office and at Ticketmaster. Tickets are $18, $23, $27 and $36. The Wings begin their eight-game home campaign on Saturday, January 11 against the New York Saints. All home games are played at the First Union Center.
