goaltender Andrew Leyshon on the bench for an extra attacker to bring Ottawa to within one goal, but the Rebel could not get the equalizer.

Ottawa visits the New York Saints (0-2) on Saturday at the Nassau Coliseum (7:30 PM). The Landsharks meet the New Jersey Storm (1-0) on Sunday at the Continental Airlines Arena (2:00 PM, Fox Sports New York).
