Nll To Air Radio Show On Sports Byline Usa

The National Lacrosse League has announced an agreement with Sports Byline USA to broadcast the nationally syndicated "NLL Lacrosse, presented by Labatt Blue". Labatt Blue is the official beer sponsor of the NLL in the United States. The show will consist of a weekly one-hour program devoted to NLL coverage, featuring the week in review, interview and reports on upcoming games. The program will consist of ten weekly installments, beginning in early March and running through the conclusion of the NLL regular season and Champion's Cup Playoffs. Broadcast dates and times will be announced shortly. The program will air on Sports Byline USA radio affiliates across the US, and will also be available via the internet at http://web.archive.org/web/20040317185819/http://www.sportsbyline.com/.

"We are excited to produce a weekly national radio show for our fans," said NLL Commissioner Jim Jennings. "Sports Byline USA has an impressive network of radio stations across the country that will give us the national reach we are looking for." The program can also be heard via the internet, Sirius Satellite Radio, and the Armed Forces Radio Network.

"We are excited to add the National Lacrosse League to our diverse sports programming lineup" said Darren Peck, President of Sports Byline USA, "The NLL is an emerging professional sports league and lacrosse is an emerging sport. Indoor Lacrosse is a very exciting game and will surely prove to be a vibrant addition to our national program".
