The Rochester Knighthawks have released season ticket pricing for the 2003-04 season. This season fans can take advantage of discounted premium seating pricing and current season ticket holders have the option to purchase discounted season ticket packages as part of the new Assist Packs.
The Knighthawks return for their historic 10th season of professional lacrosse with a lineup that includes leading scorer John Grant, 2003 Goaltender of the Year Pat O'Toole, Shawn Williams, and Curt and Derek Malawsky. The team also welcomes the Ottawa Rebel's leading scorer, Matt Giles, and tough guy Shawn Zettel to the 'Hawks.
In the team's history, Rochester has advanced to the NLL Finals in three of the last five years. The organization has reached the playoffs in nine straight seasons, and captured a Major Indoor Lacrosse League title in 1997.
Rochester ended the 2002-03 season as the NLL regular season and Central Division champions with a 12-4 record. The Knighthawks also hosted the NLL Semifinals and Finals for the first time in the team's history.
Season tickets and group packages are currently on sale at the Rochester Knighthawks' Office, or by calling (585) 454-5335. Eight-game season ticket packages range from $54 to $160. Season ticket holders will enjoy a savings of up to 34% percent with a purchase of season tickets.
In addition, Knighthawk season ticket holders have the option to purchase additional seats up to what they currently have in their accounts. Just like a Cory Bomberry pass to John Grant, the K-Hawks are passing along savings to season ticket holders with the Assist Packs. The additional season ticket packages range from $100 in the 100 premium section to $50 in the 200 end.
Fans can also purchase Lax Packs, which are partial season plans that allow fans to choose any four of the eight home games. The four-game packs range in price from $44 to $92. Fans can enjoy a savings of up to 17 percent with the purchase of a Lax Pack.
Window pricing did not increase following one of the most successful seasons in team history. Pricing for the 2003-04 season ranges from $25.25 to $8.25. In fact, one section that has decreased in price is the 200 balcony, which offers fans an $8.25 single-game seat. The lower-priced ticket is a $2.00 savings per game off the $10.25 individual game price of a season ago.
