By National Lacrosse League

The Department of Motor Vehicles have released custom vanity plates sporting the Knighthawks logo. You've seen the Yankee's logo and the Syracuse University Basketball logo, well now is your chance to support your favorite lacrosse team on all of your vehicles.

The standard plate will cost $43.00 and will consist of three numbers ranging from 100-999, followed by the letters HWK. The three numbers will be assigned by the DMV according to the next available number.

There is also a $25 annual renewal fee in addition to your regular registration fee when you purchase these plates. If you should decide that you want to customize your plates, that option has been made available to you for $68.00. The personalized plates allow the buyer to select any combination of up to six (6) numbers, letters and or spaces. There is a $50 annual renewal fee in addition to the regular registration fee when you purchase the customized plates. Production of these plates will begin when 200 orders have been confirmed. However, it should be noted that if your registration expires in 60 days or less, you must renew it before you can apply for these plates.

You can pick up your Rochester Knighthawks license plate
application at the team office. If you have any further questions you can contact Timothy Knab at (585) 415-6227.
