This week, Bob Chavez of ILIndoor.com presents team reports for Week 12 ahead of what’s expected to be a busy weekend of NLL action with the 2012 season coming down to the final weeks.
First up, the Buffalo Bandits will be looking to halt the bad habits and negative body language that resurfaced in last week’s 17-6 loss in Calgary ahead of Saturday night’s home game with their archrival, the Toronto Rock.
The Washington Stealth, meanwhile, hope to build off their highest-scoring game of the season. Coach Chris Hall’s club put up 20 goals to to beat Minnesota, but will need to get past the Roughnecks on Saturday night to continue a push for a possible playoff spot.
Finally, it’s the return of John Grant Jr. to Rochester for a Saturday afternoon game. This time, though, the NLL’s scoring leader and former Knighthawks icon is wearing the burgundy, black and while of the Colorado Mammoth.
