Coming off their best season in franchise history, the Minnesota Swarm have no plans to rest on their accomplishments.  Swarm head coach Joe Sullivan, winner of the league's Head Coach of the Year Award, sat down with Alec Schimke of MNSwarm.com to reflect on the past season and to look ahead to 2013.

Sullivan talks about the turning point of the season for his young team, which he believes came when the team was mired in a losing streak and had four games remaining to salvage their season.  The team responded, winning their last four to go 9-7 and enter the playoffs on a hot streak.

The coach also reflects on the stunning loss in the West Division Final, 15-3 to the Edmonton Rush. "I've watched it too many times now to even think about it".

Sullivan is also the team's Associate General Manager.  While there is a lot of excitement among the team and its fans over having four first-round draft picks this year, there is a downside. To read about this and the full interview, click here to read the full story.
