The Philadelphia Wings have acquired goaltender Kevin Croswell from the Washington Stealth in exchange for a third-round selection in the 2013 NLL Entry Draft.

The 6-4, 205-pound netminder from Peterborough, Ontario appeared in three games for the Stealth during the 2012 season after signing with the team as a free agent seven games into last year’s campaign.

With the Stealth, Croswell posted a 1-2 record with a 9.60 goals against average and a .789 save percentage in 150 minutes of play. After his first game with Washington, a 14-9 win at Toronto last March, Croswell was named NLL Defensive Player of the Week after posting a 41-save performance.

Prior to coming to the Stealth, Croswell spent a short stint with Edmonton Rush during the 2012 season after playing four seasons with the Minnesota Swarm (2008-11).

Croswell is a five-year NLL veteran with a 6-15 overall record and has appeared in 31 regular season games with Washington, Edmonton and Minnesota. With one playoff game appearance with Minnesota, Croswell has compiled an 11.24 goals against average and a .776 save percentage over his career.

Croswell was originally drafted by Minnesota in the third round (31st overall) of the 2006 NLL Entry Draft.
