IL Indoor.com's Brian Shanahan has released his NLL Power Rankings after Week #4 of the 2013 National Lacrosse League regular season. The previously-winless Calgary Roughnecks were the biggest movers, jumping six spots from last to third after two convincing road wins while the once-unbeaten Philadelphia Wings dropped four spots from first after consecutive losses.

3) Calgary Roughnecks (+6)

"A road trip was just what the Calgary Roughnecks needed. Calgary shook off their two game losing streak by scoring 35 goals in their two victories (19-12 over Colorado and 16-8 over Philadelphia). Shawn Evans was the biggest producer as he set a new franchise record for Calgary when he picked up 13 points against the Mammoth."

5) Philadelphia Wings (-4)

"It was a tough weekend for the Philadelphia Wings as they lost both games. On Saturday the Wings were involved an exciting battle in Buffalo but ended up on the wrong end of a 14-13 score. On Sunday they got a taste of how explosive the Calgary Roughnecks can be."
