Minnesota's Jordan MacIntosh, ranked third and fourth in the league respectively in loose balls (113) and faceoffs won (149), won Transition Player of the Week for his contributions on both ends of the floor.
Swarm goaltender Tyler Carlson, who ranks fifth in the NLL in both goals against average (10.91) and save percentage (.772), won the Defensive Player of the Week award after limiting Washington to just five goals, the fewest by a team in an NLL game in 2013, and posting a .906 save percentage, the highest by an NLL goalie in a complete game so far this season.
