The National Lacrosse League and the Professional Lacrosse Players' Association have agreed to a moratorium on all qualifying offers and franchise player designations, as well as any free agency offers under Article 7 of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement, which will expire on July 31, 2013.

The league and Players' Association have exchanged multiple bargaining proposals, and the two sides continue to work actively towards a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.
