With the expanded 18-game NLL regular season schedule set to open on Saturday, Dec. 28, plenty of single-season records, including rookie milestones, could fall in 2014 as the league enters its 28th season. Edmonton Rush forward Mark Matthews, the league's first overall pick in 2012, scored 38 goals last season which were the third-most by a rookie ever. Meanwhile, this year's crop of rookies could again put up big numbers, this time with two extra games to stuff the stats column.

With the 55 players selected in last month's 2013 NLL Entry Draft looking to make an impact, check out the top 10 all-time rookie performers in league history below for goals, assists, points, loose balls, saves and more.
