International lifestyle brand becomes the league's exclusive cap supplier

New Era has announced the addition of the NLL to its sports headwear collections as the league's exclusive cap provider.

New Era, the international lifestyle brand rooted in sports, announces the addition of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) to its sports headwear collections. The agreement with the NLL makes New Era the league’s exclusive cap supplier. The agreement also provides the NLL with retail distribution at select New Era outlets. The two-year agreement includes 2014 & 2015 NLL seasons.

"The NLL is proud to join the NFL and Major League Baseball in offering New Era as our official cap,” said NLL Commissioner George Daniel. “Our fans are sure to be thrilled with the dynamic styles and selections that New Era offers."

At initial launch, fans will be able to purchase team gear in 9FIFTY snapbacks, 39THIRTYstretch fit and 9FORTY adjustable silhouettes, as well as a knit cap. Moving forward, New Era and the NLL plan to expand the product offerings available to fans to offer more styles.

“The NLL is a fantastic addition to our portfolio of licensing partners,” said New Era Sr. Director of Global Licensing Darrell De Bey. “There has been tremendous growth in the interest of the NLL - we’re excited to be a part of that continued story and bring our products to the passionate fans of lacrosse.”
