The Vancouver Stealth have unveiled the team's new jerseys as the National Lacrosse League returns to B.C. in 2014.
The Vancouver Stealth have officially unveiled their new jerseys for the 2014 National Lacrosse League season as they continue to showcase their new identity. Black and white will be the dominant colors on the new game sweaters, with white for home, and black for the road.
The new jerseys will feature the new Vancouver Stealth logo which was unveiled this past summer. The logo features the familiar ‘Stealth’ font emblazoned in grey with a red trim, accompanied by the word mark ‘Vancouver’. The new element is the black ‘V’ symbolizing Vancouver which falls behind the traditional lettering. The fox shoulder patch on the new Stealth jersey remains the same, as designed by Native artist Marvin Oliver to represent the First Nations and the history of Canada's national sport.
With the NLL regular season opening on Saturday, Dec. 28, the Stealth have some difficult decisions to make in determining who will don the new jerseys when the team opens their schedule in early January. The Stealth finish off their final days of training camp this weekend (December 14-15) as their official roster is set to be announced December 16.
The Stealth jerseys will be available for purchase at training camp this weekend for $130 CDN, all taxes and fees included. Training camp runs from 10am-12pm and 7pm-9pm on December 14 and 10am-12pm on December 15.
