2016 Nll Division Finals Live On Nlltv.Com

The National Lacrosse League has announced the 2016 NLL Division Finals will air live on NLLTV.com. With four teams remaining in the quest for the Champion’s Cup, all four Division Finals games will be available worldwide on all platforms and free of charge.

The Buffalo Bandits clinched the league’s top seed and first in the East while the defending champion Saskatchewan Rush took the West as both teams earned first-round byes. The New England Black Wolves will face off with the Bandits in the East Finals after taking down the Georgia Swarm in overtime in the East Division Semifinal. The Calgary Roughnecks topped the Colorado Mammoth in OT in front of 13,116 fans at Pepsi Center out West to set up a rematch with the Rush in the West Finals.

The Rush took Game 1 of the series with a 16-10 road win over the Roughnecks last Saturday, led by Ben McIntosh’s four goals and 35 saves from netminder Aaron Bold before a crowd of 12,211 at Scotiabank Saddledome. On Monday night, the Bandits charged back after a slow start to defeat the Black Wolves 15-10, keyed in part by Dhane Smith’s five goals and goalie Anthony Cosmo’s 45 stops. Buffalo and Saskatchewan will look to close out the series with both Game 2 matchups set for Saturday night live on NLLTV.com powered by NeuLion as New England and Calgary try to tie up their respective series to force a 10-minute tiebreaker game.
