Bandits Sign First-Round Pick Goodwin Plus Two More For 2015

Buffalo secure deals with ninth overall pick along with McMahon & Vigneux

The Buffalo Bandits have announced the team has agreed to terms on one-year contracts with Brandon Goodwin, Cody McMahon and Rance Vigneux.

With Goodwin’s signing, the Bandits have now agreed to terms with all five of their draftees selected in the 2014 NLL Draft this past September.

Selected with the ninth overall pick in the NLL Draft last month, Goodwin played for Adelphi University last season and notched 26 points (19+7) in 17 games. The transition player also chipped in 27 points (16+11) in 15 games for Coquitlam in summer ball.

McMahon was drafted by the Colorado Mammoth in the fourth round (31st overall) of the 2013 NLL Draft. The forward started the 2014 season on the Colorado practice squad before being released.

Vigneux, a goalie, went 4-10 with a 10.71 goals-against average in 14 games last season between the Toronto Beaches and the Burlington Chiefs.
