FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Philadelphia (April 2, 2025) – The National Lacrosse League (NLL) has announced the schedule for the 2025 NLL Playoffs, set to begin the weekend of April 24-27. The top eight teams will compete under a competitive format designed to showcase the intensity and excitement of professional indoor lacrosse.
The NLL dropped the traditional two division alignment prior to the 2023-24 season in favor of a single-table format, with the top eight teams qualifying for the playoffs regardless of geographic location. This move ensured that the best NLL teams would battle for the NLL Cup.
The best-seeded team hosts each quarterfinal matchup: No. 1 vs. No. 8, No. 2 vs. No. 7, No. 3 vs. No. 6, and No. 4 vs. No. 5.
Winners of the single-game quarterfinals scheduled for April 24-27 will advance to the best-of-three semifinal round starting the weekend of May 1-4.
The 2025 NLL Finals may start earlier on the weekend of May 8-11 if both semifinals conclude by May 4.
The 2025 NLL Playoffs tentative schedule:
Fans can catch every playoff game live on ESPN+, TSN+, and NLL+ (territory restrictions apply). The TSN linear broadcast schedule will be announced once the quarterfinal matchups are determined.
