Nll Teams Submit Final Roster Moves

December has been a busy month for the National Lacrosse League. Amid the holiday hustle, the NLL unveiled a new league logo this past weekend, all while gearing up for the start of a new season on December 29th.

With just ten days to go until #FaceOffWKND, NLL teams submitted their final roster moves for the 2016-17 season today. Below is a summary of each team’s decisions.

Buffalo Bandits

• Placed Bryce Brochu, Adam Will and Craig England on the Injured Reserve List – Second Level.
   
• Released Brier Jonathan, Connor Brown, Kevin Orleman, Tim Edwards, Justin Martin, and Blaze Riorden from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed Tim Edwards, Kevin Orleman, Justin Martin, and Blaze Riorden to the Practice Player List.

Calgary Roughnecks

• Placed Scott Carnegie on the Active Roster from the Injured Reserve List.
   
• Released Tor Reinholdt, Brody Eastwood, Matt Symes, Keegan Rittinger, Bob Snider, and Garrett McIntosh from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed Keegan Rittinger to the Practice Player List.

Colorado Mammoth

• Released Nick Ossello, Zach Herreweyers, and Brent Adams from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed Nick Ossello, Zach Herreweyers, and Brent Adams to the the Practice Player List.
   
• Placed Mike Mallory on the Physically Unable to Perform List.

Georgia Swarm

• Released Adam Shute, Warren Hill, Drew Petkoff, and Brayden Hill from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed John Ranagan and placed him on the Active Roster.
   
• Placed Jordan McIntosh and Johnny Powless on the Physically Unable to Perform List.
   
• Placed Laughlin Elder on the Hold Out List.
   
• Signed Adam Shute, Warren Hill, Drew Petkoff, and Brayden Hill to the Practice Player List.

New England Black Wolves

• Released Phil Caputo, Joel Coyle, Dan Ball, Mitch McMichael, John Ranagan, Doug Buchan, and Brandon Staal from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed Joel Coyle, Dan Ball, Mitch McMichael, and Connor Brown to the Practice Player List.
   
• Placed Derek Searle on the Injured Reserve List – First Level.
   
• Released Jay Card and CJ Constabile from the Inactive Roster.

Rochester Knighthawks

• Released Kevin Ross, Tyler Albrecht, John Rae, Mike Triolo, Wenster Green, Luke Laszkiewicz, Dan Lomas, and Gowah Abrams from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed John Rae, Dan Lomas, and Luke Laszkiewicz to the Practice Player List.
   
• Signed Luc Magnan to a one year agreement and have placed him on the Active Roster.
   
• Placed Cody Jamieson on the Physically Unable to Perform List.
   
• Placed Cory Vitarelli on the Injured Reserve List – First level.

Saskatchewan Rush

• Released Matt MacGrotty and Matt Hossack from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed Matt MacGrotty and Matt Hossack to the Practice Player List.

Toronto Rock

• Released Colin Boucher, Jordan Magnuson, Brody Tutton, and Reid Reinholdt from the Active Roster.
   
• Placed Rob Marshall and Brandon Miller on the Injured Reserve List – Second Level.
   
• Signed Jordan Magnuson, Brody Tutton, and Reid Reinholdt to the Practice Player List.
   
• Placed Rob Hellyer on the Physically Unable to Perform List.

Vancouver Stealth

• Released Eric Penney, Evan Messenger, Justin Goodwin, Brandon Clelland, Jake Taylor, Tyson Roe, and Cody Hagedorn from the Active Roster.
   
• Signed Eric Penney, Evan Messenger, Justin Goodwin and Brandon Clelland to the Practice Player List.
   
• Placed Tyler Haas on the Hold Out List from the Physically Unable to Perform List.
