Stealth Hold Off Roughnecks Rally

Despite scoring the last four goals of the game, the Roughnecks rally fell short Friday night in Calgary with the Stealth holding on for a 12-11 victory. Rhys Dutch opened the scoring for the Stealth just 26 seconds into the contest, and Vancouver held the lead the rest of the way.

Corey Small led the way for Vancouver, recording a hat trick and five assists. Goalie Tyler Richards made 36 saves to earn the win for the Stealth.

Vancouver will try and carry momentum over to Saturday, where they face a quick turnout and travel ahead of a matchup against the Mammoth in Colorado. Faceoff for that game is set for 9:00 P.M. ET, and can be watched live on NLLTV.com!

The Roughnecks will have to wait eight days to try and win their first game of the season, as they will travel to Vancouver looking for redemption next Saturday, January 14th.
