Week 15 GIF Recap: New England at Philadelphia

Coming off three straight losses, the Philadelphia Wings were looking for their first win since February 16 (also vs. New England). Meanwhile, the Black Wolves were coming off of a loss at Vancouver on March 16.

Tyler Digby scored :49 into the game on a beautiful behind the back rip from the middle of the field.

Blaze Riorden
then caught a beautiful pass from Josh Currier to tie the game up at two to start a 4-0 Wings run.

After Currier and Liam Patten scored for the Wings, Jordan Hall went top right corner over Black Wolves goalie Doug Jamieson to give the Wings the 4-1 lead.

Stephan Leblanc then scored twice in a row, his only two goals on the night, to cut the Black Wolves deficit to one.

Philadelphia followed with another four-goal run to end the first half, with the first goal coming from Matt Rambo, and the second (below) from Kevin Crowley on a 5-on-3.

Rambo
followed with another goal (below), followed by a goal from Vaughn Harris.

Second Half

Leading 9-5, Crowley added to the Wings lead with his third goal of the game.

Tyler Digby then scored his third goal of the game to cut the Black Wolves deficit to four, but not before Josh Currier scored on a man up advantage to give the Wings an 11-6 lead.

Late in the fourth quarter, Joe Resetarits scored his third goal of the game to bring New England to within three to 11-8. But Kevin Crowley (pictured) scored to cement the Wings first win since February 16.

Final: Philadelphia Wings 13, New England Black Wolves 8.
