Caputo was selected with the 28th overall selection in the 2015 NLL Entry Draft by the New England Blackwolves. Caputo was acquired by PCLC in the Expansion Draft following stops in Toronto and Rochester. For PCLC, Caputo had a breakout 2021-2022 season, scoring 34 goals and finishing with 51 points.
Caputo played Junior A lacrosse for the Brampton Excelsiors. In 73 career regular season games, Caputo scored 86 goals and 97 assists, for a total of 183 points. Caputo was a member of the Ladner Pioneers Senior B team and won the 2022 President’s Cup, Canada’s Sr. B national championship.
Caputo was chosen as an Assistant Captain for PCLC in 2021.
