Completing his eighth season and fourth with the Knighthawks, Hutchcraft was drafted by the Toronto Rock 30th overall in the 2017 NLL Entry Draft. Since joining Rochester in 2022, he ranks second in franchise goaltender wins, saves (1208), and minutes played (1,845).
He reached multiple career and team milestones in the 2025-26 season. The season opener against San Diego was the 100th game of his career. In January, he made his 1000th save as a Knighthawk on his final stop against Vancouver, and the next week, he surpassed 1500 career minutes in the Knighthawks crease.
He was named the team’s Unsung Hero following the 2023-24 season. He played 792 minutes in goal that year, making 531 saves for 76%. He also picked up his first pro win that season after topping Calgary and made a career-high 52 saves later in the season against Albany.
In 2023, he was named the Defender of the Year in Major Series Lacrosse after posting the lowest goals against average (10.17) in the league for the Brooklin Lacrosse Club.
