Career
NLL: Made his NLL debut on February 4, 2023, against the New York Riptide (now Ottawa Black Bears) where he recorded his first 3 NLL points, all assists, and picked up 2 loose balls… Next played on March 11, 2023 against the Albany FireWolves where he again recorded 3 assists and 4 loose balls… In the 2023-24 season, tallied 4 points and 4 loose balls in 3 games played… Scored his first NLL goal vs. Vancouver on February 24, 2024.
NCAA – RIT: Attended Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where he scored his first NCAA goal against Bard College as a freshman in 2019… 2021, finished fourth on the team in scoring with 31 points on 21 goals and 10 assists while adding a goal and an assist against Salisbury in the NCAA Championship… In 2022, his senior year, was a USILA Second Team All-American, First Team All-Liberty League, Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week, Two-time USILA/Dynamic Div. III Team of the Week selection, Liberty League All-Academic selection, Third on the team in scoring, and recorded career-highs in points 72, goals 42, and assists 30… Angus was a member of the RIT Tigers back-to-back NCAA Division III championship teams in 2021 and 2022.
Junior: Began his junior career with the Oakville Jr. B Buzz from 2016-2018… Played a total of 50 Jr. B games, scoring 64 goals and 75 assists for a total of 139 points… With the Buzz making the jump to Jr. A for the 2019 season, he scored 20 goals, 28 assists, and 48 points in his one full Jr. A season… Played for the Jr. A Buzz in the 2021 OJLL summer tournament recording 9 points (5G, 4A) in 5 games.
