120 Sports Recaps Bandits’ 14-13 Win Over Stealth

As the only National Lacrosse League game in NLL Week 3, the Buffalo Bandits (2-1) held on for a 14-13 road win over the Vancouver Stealth (1-2) in a tightly-contested, back-and-forth matchup at Langley Events Centre on Saturday night.

Buffalo’s Dhane Smith (5+3) and Ryan Benesch (3+5) and Vancouver’s Rhys Duch (2+6) led the way with eight points each. Meanwhile, Bandits rookies Jerome Thompson and Brandon Goodwin, along with the Stealth’s Conrad Chapman, all scored their first career NLL goal on what was a memorable night.
