Discipline Summary: Nll Division Semifinal

The National Lacrosse League has issued a summary of discipline for the first round of the 2015 NLL Playoffs for Division Semifinal games played on Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9.

Buffalo Bandits forward Chad Culp has been assessed a Game Misconduct penalty and one-game suspension for an illegal body checking incident on Rochester Knighthawks defenseman Brad Self at approximately the 0:00 mark of the fourth quarter of their playoff game on Friday, May 8. A Dangerous Contact to the Head (Rule 77) Match Penalty was called on the field, and upon league review, a Game Misconduct penalty has been assessed for violation of Illegal Bodychecking (Rule 70.8). By receiving a game misconduct in his team’s final game of the season, Culp has been assessed an automatic one-game suspension to be served at the start of the next regular season for violation of Game Misconduct Assessed in Team’s Last Game (Rule 40.4).
