The National Lacrosse League (NLL), the largest men’s professional indoor lacrosse league in North America, today announced the relaunch of its website, NLL.com, with a complete redesign. Fully responsive for mobile, tablet and TV, the site mirrors the evolution of the brand and its new logo, and features a video-based layout reflective of the digital future of the League.
Loaded with player stats, team information and schedules, and real-time game updates, the new NLL website is an immersive experience with dynamic multi-media content. Its user-friendly functionality and focus on video will enhance the fan experience and provide greater access to League, team and player updates. Fans can set a reminder for upcoming games; search for historical statistics dating back to the League’s 1990 season; and discover and connect with players on their social media accounts. The site also features a live play-by-play of games, available post-match with video highlights. In addition, purchasing details for game tickets and NLL gear are available in the NLL Shop.
As the NLL continues to build on its recent momentum – with new brand partnerships and content distribution platforms – this new site sets the tone for many seasons to come.
“We have focused on a digital-first strategy and aspire to be the leading sports league in this area. It’s more than just a strategy; it’s a commitment to our fans that we will invest in technology and innovation to elevate their NLL experience. And this website is another key step in fulfilling that promise,” said Nick Sakiewicz, Commissioner of the National Lacrosse League. “The video-forward approach gives fans more access to the non-stop action of box lacrosse, with new features to set game reminders and connect with players – a truly engaging and interactive experience.”
The new NLL.com comes on the heels of the NLL’s regular season conclusion, with playoff games kicking off May 5. To stay connected to your team, the latest scores and developments in the National Lacrosse League, please visit www.NLL.com.
