Stealth’S Schuss Wins ‘Air Canada Wingman’ For Week 6

The National Lacrosse League has announced Vancouver Stealth forward Logan Schuss as the “Air Canada Wingman of the Week” award winner for Week 6 of the 2016 NLL season.

Schuss recorded a game-high nine points with six assists in Vancouver’s 15-7 home win over the Colorado Mammoth on Saturday. Schuss ranks tied for seventh in the league for assists (17), eighth in points per game (5.4) and tied for 10th in points overall (27), and tied for 15th in goals (10). The performance marked his second-straight game with nine points after a five-goal, four-assist outing in Week 5. As Vancouver’s leading scorer, Schuss has registered at least three assists in four of his five games played this season with four games of four-plus points.

From Ladner, B.C., Schuss played collegiately at Ohio State University and was the first overall selection of the 2013 NLL Draft en route to 2014 NLL Rookie of the Year honors. The 25-year-old has posted over 60 points and 20 goals in each of his first two full seasons in the league.
